131. AGENCY RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE

Remember agency disclosure is required prior to taking the listing or writing an offer, thats what the disclosure is all about, allowing the seller or buyer to decide what kind of agency relationships are available.

An agency disclosure is a two page document, the second page contains the real estate law itself specific to the disclosure. Both pages must be given to the client and acknowledged receipt of.

When presenting an offer to a seller, THE SELLER MUST BE GIVEN AN AGENCY DISCLOSURE.
