If a buyer inspects and then cancels because of the inspection, you cannot ignore that inspection report. You and your seller must deal with it! It must be determined whether the prior report is accurate or not and if accurate, those items must be corrected by the seller or disclosed to next buyer! Example: inspection shows asbestos in the attic, buyer cancels. Seller either removes asbestos or you and seller disclose to the next buyer that “Buyer should inspect for asbestos in the attic”.
