Suggestion: Before you call, write down the issues you need to discuss. Write down what you want to say, like a script, on each point. Keep your comments short and to the point. Jot down the clients response to each issue. When you end the call, you will have a solid ground upon which to proceed. Your client will appreciate your organized mind and your clear presentation of issues. Their impression of you will be: “you are a professional!”
